Our Story

      After close to 30 years of being in the property and asset management profession, we "turned our hat around" and started providing our first maintenance and cleaning services to our colleagues in 2012.  In 2021, Golden Owl Property Services was born as a family owned and operated business as a second generation of property managers decided to come into the company so we could provide our clients with even more support and experience. 

     "We've walked in your shoes" means we think like you do and understand issues other vendors/ companies may not. The experiences we gained through our decades of management allows us to view maintenance and cleaning through  your macro and micro lenses.  Thus, we know what you expected, and can work with tenant relationship issues.  We are here to help you handle the numerous everyday challenges facing you and your staff in maintaining your property in accordance with a budget.  Our crew will strive to handle the work effectively and with best practices which will give you more time to complete the other day to day issues that come up.
